Not all insurance companies are created equal – the same goes for each insurance policy. This means that not all policies cover speech therapy and some policies that do cover speech have exclusions. At Simply Spoken Therapy we will verify your speech therapy benefits and will file claims on your behalf for in-network companies.
Simply Spoken Therapy is an in-network provider with the following insurance companies:
Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare/UMR, Humana, and Cigna.
The only exception is if your child receives support from any state funded Medicaid programs (BadgerCare, Forward Health, Katie Beckett, etc.)
We are not certified Medicaid providers and we cannot provide you with treatment at our clinic but we would be happy to guide you to other providers who accept Medicaid.
PLEASE NOTE:
Many of our clients who wish to forgo their insurance benefits, who lack coverage on a policy, or who we are out of network still make speech affordable!
In this case you are provided with a Superbill (a fancy way to say a medical receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement for out of network services.
We also have many clients who are able to use their flex spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) to cover the cost of speech services.
I don’t know about you, but it always bugs me when I can’t find pricing info online – usually because I’m scrolling at night when the office is closed and I can’t call. So in order to be transparent about the cost of services – cash based speech services are as follows:
Evaluations: $195
Therapy sessions: $80

We are located across the street from Festival Foods sharing a building with State Farm Insurance.
We are open Monday – Thursday 8 – 6 and Friday by appointment.
